01. General Terms

Welcome to WinPKR14. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and WinPKR14 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the WinPKR14 platform — including its website, mobile app, Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

03. Account Registration & Security

Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active WinPKR14 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. WinPKR14 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact WinPKR14 support immediately. You are liable for all activity conducted on your account until you formally report the breach.
• Account verification: WinPKR14 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage — including prior to approving a withdrawal. This process is standard industry practice and is designed to protect all players.

WinPKR14 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on WinPKR14 are processed in PKR. The platform supports a range of popular Pakistan payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed account verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method and player VIP tier — VIP members with Gold status and above benefit from priority processing.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are generally returned via the same method used for the corresponding deposit. WinPKR14 reserves the right to use an alternative method where necessary.
• Currency: All transactions are in PKR. WinPKR14 does not charge currency conversion fees on domestic PKR transactions.
• Third-party payments: Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. WinPKR14 does not accept payments from third parties. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the player's verified name.

05. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

WinPKR14's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
